Your Account is strictly for your personal use. You may not transfer, sell, assign or permit any third party to access or operate your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, including activity that occurs as a result of unauthorised access that you failed to prevent through reasonable security measures.
To register an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details required. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
hee777 operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as part of its account management obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification — as well as proof of payment method and proof of address, before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by the Platform. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restriction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify hee777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. hee777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts, supported deposit methods and any applicable processing fees are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform and may change from time to time. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the published void threshold, obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, match-fixing or corruption, or incomplete events where the result cannot be determined. Voided bets are settled by returning the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Live betting markets are offered in real time and are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed during connectivity disruptions may be delayed or rejected. hee777 is not liable for bets not accepted due to technical interruptions outside its reasonable control. Bet acceptance confirmation is the definitive record of a successfully placed live bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hee777's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any balance comprised of Bonus Funds or funds obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real Money Balance remaining following the resolution of any outstanding obligations will be returned to the Player through a verified payment method.
Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Self-closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as self-exclusion and will be treated with the corresponding restrictions.
